Our internships are an opportunity to combine classroom learning with a real-life look into a career in not-for-profit corporation business administration, corporate marketing, public relations including but not limited to dealings with mass media, various community leaders and groups; our elected officials’ offices on Staten Island, New York City and New York State.
Interns also have an opportunity to explore fundamentals of entertainment industry by partaking various event operations such as booking and communicating with major recording artists, marketing and coordinating music concerts.
This is a Part-Time or Full-Time NON-PAID Internship for CREDIT
Internship period: Spring, Summer and Fall 2012
Internships are available in the following areas:
- Not-for-Profit Corporation (a 501(c)3tax exempt corporation) Business Administration/assistance to executive officers
- Fund-raising Operation
- Mid – large scale community event and stadium music concert operation
- Public Relations
- Information Technology
• Currently enrolled in an accredited high school or college/university and eligible to receive credit for this internship from your high school college/university
• Be of Junior or Senior status with minimum 2.8 GPA
